The nearest railway station is Leamington Spa, which is on the London (Paddington/Marylebone) - Birmingham line and is served direct by trains from many parts of Britain. A taxi from the station to Offa House will be about £7.00 to £8.00.

Leave the M40 at junction 13 (coming from south/east) or junction 14 (coming from north/west). Take the A452 to Leamington Spa. On entering Leamington Spa take the A425, following the Southam signs. On reaching Radford Semele (2 miles), turn left into Offchurch Lane (sign posted, opposite the White Lion Pub). After another mile take the left fork (sign posted) bear right at a sharp bend at the top of the hill and the entrance to Offa House is on the left immediately before the parish church. There is a green sign board outside.
Or, to avoid rush hour traffic in Leamington, from the motorway :
From the M40 North/West: Leave at junction 14, take the A452 and then B4100 sign posted Stow and Gaydon (you cross over the motorway) until you reach the B4455 (Fosse Way). Turn on to the Fosse Way (Leicester direction) (*).
From the M40 South/East: Leave at junction 13, turn left following the A452/B4100 sign posted Stow & Gaydon, continuing until you reach the B4455 (Fosse Way). Turn on to the Fosse Way (Leicester direction).
(*) Once you have turned on to the Fosse Way (Leicester direction), keep going until you see Offchurch sign- posted. Follow signs for Offchurch, (left turn, then a left followed immediately by a right turn). When you reach the Stags Head pub, turn left up School Hill and turn right at the top of the hill. The entrance to Offa House is on the right near the other side of the church.
From Coventry: Follow the A46 Warwick Road, take the A452 Leamington exit and follow signs for Cubbington and then Offchurch (all straight on). After crossing the bridge into the village, turn right up the hill and then right at the top of the hill. The entrance to Offa House is on the right side of the church.
